We are delighted you’re considering Rosaria’s for your special gathering. To help you plan, here are our private dining policies for groups of 20 or more guests.

Large Parties for Lunch

• Parties of 20-35 guests may book lunch Monday–Friday. Between 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM. We offer our dinner menu from 11:30 AM- 3:00 PM on Saturdays. On Sunday from 10:30 AM- 1:00 PM, we offer our brunch menu.

• All lunch parties of this size are private events held in our Four Seasons Veranda.

•Lunch events require a $1,000 food & beverage minimum (before tax and gratuity).

•One check will be issued for all parties of 20+ guests.

• Lunch menu available Monday–Friday; dinner menu available on weekdays by request.

• Parties of 36+ will have a minimum of $2,000 and will be held in our main dining room.

Large Parties for Dinner

• Parties of 20-35 guests may book dinner Sunday–Thursday,3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

• Dinner events require a $1,500 food & beverage minimum (before tax and gratuity).

•One check will be issued for all parties of 20+ guests.

• Parties of 36+ will have a minimum of $3,000 and will be held in our main dining room.

Parties Under 20 Guests

• Groups under 20 may request private dining based on availability.

• Minimums: $1,000 for lunch and $1,500 for dinner.

Menu Options

• A set menu is created for all parties of 20 or more guests.

Checks & Payment

• All food and non-alcoholic beverages must be placed on one bill.

• Separate checks may be provided for alcoholic beverages.

Gratuity

• A 20% gratuity is added to all private dining events.

Capacity

• Our enclosed Four Seasons Patio seats up to 35 guests.

• Our main dining room seats up to 70 guests.

Bringing Dessert

• Guests may bring in a dessert from a licensed bakery for a $25 service fee.

• We also offer a selection of house-made desserts that may be added to your event menu.

Decorations

• Decorations are permitted, but no confetti, glitter, or loose party trimmings.

Dietary restrictions

• Any guest with specific dietary restrictions will be accommodated from our standard menu. Children under 10 are welcome to our children’s menu.
