Debuting on Thursday, October 20th is our new Spritzer, Martini, and Cocktail menu. But, do not fret! We have kept a few fan favorites we know our guests have come to enjoy over the last few months like our Limencello e Soda, The Bohemian Rhapsody, and The Rosaria.
In addition to the new line-up of drinks, we now have a little something fun called The Rotating Empress. Each of our amazing bartenders is making a spooky-inspired drink with the use of Empress Gin. The first of which is the Corpse Reviver No. 2 by Sean Burns. Corpse Reviver consists of Empress Gin, lemon juice, Cocchi Americano, Cointreau, and a spritz of Absinthe in the glass.
Along with our Rotating Empress Gin drinks guests can also try:
*Sicilian Spritz con Sake: Aperol, fresh blood orange, soda water, prosecco, Yuzu sake, orange slice
*The Pear-Secco: Pear juice, Pimm’s, allspice syrup, Prosecco, grated nutmeg
*Seasonal Margarita: Herradura Respado, Domaine Canton, lime juice, burnt orange syrup
Suspiria: Hennessy, Rainwater Madeira, Yellow Chartreuse, Prosecco
The Ichabod Crane: House-made sweet potato and brown sugar infused bourbon with Jack Rudy Cherry, flash smoked
Sicily in the States: Effen Blood Orange Vodka, Cocchi Americano, fresh blood orange, dehydrated orange
Seasonal Sangria: Seasonal red or white Sangria
All drinks with an asterisk symbol are also available as a mocktail! Don’t forget you can try these new drinks during our Apertivo ‘Happy Hour’ every day at our bar from 3-6 pm and get $2 off. Saluti!
